This listing is for a single Pastel Rainbow party hat. Featuring handmade double layer felt hat with felt polka dots, handmade rainbow pom pom and nylon band attachment or ivory grosgrain ribbon. Band is meant to be worn behind the head, in the style of a headband. Additional accessories not included. Measures approximately 3" in diameter, 4" for hat and an additional 2" for the pom pom (6" total height)

♥ Each nylon band is one size fits all and is very soft, stretchy, non-marking. The band will stretch to accommodate your growing child's head from babies to toddlers or even adults.
