Processing Time
Current turnaround is approximately 1-3 weeks, and excludes shipping. If you require your order to be expedited, please contact me at littleshandmade@gmail.com.

Customs and import taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. Posy and Pom is not responsible for delays due to customs.

Returns or Exchanges
Due to the hygienic and handmade nature of these products, Posy and Pom does NOT accept returns or exchanges at this time. Please contact us should you have any concerns or questions and we will do our best to resolve any issues. Custom orders are always FINAL SALE.

Discounts or Sales
Only one discount code may be applied at one time. Should the situation arise where more than one code is used at one time, Posy and Pom reserves the right to refund the order or refuse sale. Sales prices will not be adjusted for previous purchases. 

Free Shipping Offer *
Free shipping includes lettermail shipping for Canadian orders and USPS first class for USA orders. Cannot be combined with other offers. If tracked parcel is selected, free shipping will only include lettermail and a price adjustment will be made if tracking is still required. 

Shipping
If you require expedited shipping, please contact me prior to ordering. Please note that Canadian shipments are sent via UNTRACKED lettermail or tracked parcel. Lettermail shipping is NOT tracked or insured, so there is no insurance or replacement if your order does not arrive. Tracked Parcel shipping offers a tracking number with insurance up to $100. We recommend upgrading your shipping to tracked and insured. International/USA orders can be delayed due to customs.
