What is the Current Turnaround Time?
Currently, 1-3 weeks. Often orders will ship within 3-4 days. 

What material is used?
I use a mixture of wool blend felt, manufactured in the USA, and 100% wool. 

How long is shipping?
Shipping Estimates:

• Within Ontario : 2-3 business days
• Within rest of Canada: 1-2 weeks
• USA: 3-4 business days (once shipped)
• International: 2-3 weeks

Are there different sizes of headbands?
All nylon headbands are one-size-fits-all and fit from newborn to adult. 

What does "right side head" mean?
Some headbands or clips are affected by the orientation of the leaves/flowers/bow tails and may appear "upside down" if turned. Right or left side of head refers to the ACTUAL side of the child's head. NOT as you look at them. 

Do you take returns or exchanges?
Please refer to our shop policies. I do not accept returns or exchanges on hair accessories due to hygienic reasons, and the custom nature of these products. 

What is a felt covered clip?
Felt covered clips are wider and covered with a strip of felt. This can help it to blend in with flower. Most styles will have the clip fairly hidden.
